About The Position

The Print Implementation Consultant works closely with Solution Delivery colleagues to implement RevSpring's Print & Mail solutions . This role is dedicated exclusively to print-related requirements, design, configuration, and testing activities across assigned projects. While the consultant may be included in multi-product project teams, their primary responsibility is the successful delivery of all print components. The Print Implementation Consultant collaborates with client SMEs/stakeholders, the RevSpring Project Manager, and internal technical teams to define, build, and deliver the client's print solution. As the print subject matter expert (SME), the consultant is expected to drive best practices, adhere to RevSpring's implementation methodologies, and contribute to the continual enhancement of print-focused processes and collateral. This role is specifically designed to support print platform projects , onboarding customers on to current go-to-market print platforms of RevSpring. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working directly with customers and technical teams on project and implementation efforts, and is confident engaging with clients in high-visibility, customer-facing interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in print & mail operations, print composition tools, or statement generation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, business rules, and file processing as they relate to print output.
  • Ability to translate complex print requirements into clear technical instructions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in multi-product or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of print-related implementation work, including requirements gathering, data mapping, design validation, test planning, and production readiness.
  • Act as the SME for print workflows, print compositions, statement formatting, mailing requirements, and postal optimization.
  • Review, interpret, and translate client business rules and data layouts specific to print output.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate build of print files, templates, batch jobs, and delivery specifications.
  • Facilitate print and statement testing cycles, including defect tracking, test case validation, and client sign-off.
  • Participate in multi-product projects as the designated Print SME, ensuring print components align with overall project vision.
  • Work closely with data, development, UX, QA, and postal teams to ensure all print requirements are met.
  • Support internal teams by providing print-focused guidance, documentation, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all print-related discussions during implementation.
  • Conduct client working sessions to review mockups, explain print logic, gather requirements, and validate output.
  • Provide clear, professional communication regarding timelines, risks, dependencies, and technical constraints related to print deliverables.
  • Create and maintain print-specific implementation documents, including requirement guides, workflow diagrams, and configuration details.
  • Ensure compliance with print production standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality controls.
