We are looking for a Payroll Consultant with customer service experience and technical skills to assist new clients’ transition to their new payroll and human resources provider, Paylocity. In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. Position Overview As an Implementation Consultant I, you will support small business clients by configuring solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll begin by conducting a detailed needs analysis, then tailor system setups to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. You’ll also ensure accurate data conversion from previous systems, validate results with clients, and provide hands-on support through the transition to our Client Services team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent client experiences and developing foundational implementation skills.
