About The Position

SUMMARY The implementation consultant is charge of scoping and configuring assigned projects. It is in charge of client communication, training, and providing best practices to the customer on how to utilize the product. They are in charge of managing timelines of the projects, cross functional work, and handle any escalations while the customer is in their implementation.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft 360 products
Strong Critical Thinking skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Basic understanding of project management and CRM tools

Responsibilities

Manage assigned implementation projects for Vas Onboarding prioritized products.
Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list
Complete Kick off meeting with customers as needed. This task goes over product summary, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices.
Complete all configuration items assigned in the established SLA
Complete all follow up communication with the customer to keep project on track
Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with Customer success, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
Monitor project progress and update clients accordingly
If tasks for project completion are distributed across the team, the consultant is responsible for assigning those tasks within the established SLA and ensure that they are completed.
Deliver final project within the established SLA
Complete final training call and provide best practices to customer
