TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized provider of health care software, is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated team member for the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management product (RCM) line. This role requires the employee to work in our Lincoln, NE office, but teleworking may be available upon manager discretion. The RCM Implementation Associate will assist with the management and administration of RCM application rules and settings for TELCOR customers. This role will focus on assisting the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) customers to ensure the front-end configurations are up to date within their application. In addition, the Associate will be required to gain knowledge of customer workflow and business requirements to guide their administration of system settings. Customer service and change control skills will be essential in order to request and field information from customers that can be leveraged to deliver automation and system efficiencies.
