Our client is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and customer success. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-impact, custom implementations of intelligent capture solutions that power mission-critical workflows for enterprise clients. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring complex systems come together seamlessly—from first install through successful go-live.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with OCR and data capture/workflow solutions
  • Background supporting custom, high-dollar enterprise implementations
  • Ability to connect databases and configure complex integrations without coding
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in technical environments
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven approach to project completion
  • Ability to travel up to 70%

Responsibilities

  • Supporting backend system setup, configuration, and integrations for client implementations
  • Partnering with field and Professional Services teams before, during, and after go-live
  • Troubleshooting application, database, and system issues tied to deployments
  • Coordinating technical requirements tied to Statements of Delivery
  • Providing real-world feedback to Product Engineering and Development teams
  • Assisting with testing of new products and enhancements prior to release
  • Maintaining technical documentation and configuration standards
