Software Solutions in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or Public Administration to leverage their skills in a progressive and growing company. The Implementation Analyst will play a crucial role in providing software application support during implementation projects, which will involve both onsite work with customers and offsite support at the company's headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Implementation Analyst include assisting in project management efforts, setting up and configuring the Visual Intelligence Portfolio Suite of products, and providing comprehensive training to customers on these software products. The Analyst will utilize various training methods to educate clients and will be responsible for resolving issues to ensure the successful completion of each project. Additionally, the Implementation Analyst will collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation Consultants, Conversion Teams, Sales, Development Teams, Systems Integration, and Support, to deliver exceptional project services. Key functions of the role include supporting consultations on the use of the Visual Intelligence Suite, providing technical expertise for integrations, and developing technical solutions tailored to meet complex business requirements. The Analyst will also conduct on-site, classroom, and online training sessions, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective delivery and evaluation of training programs. Furthermore, the Implementation Analyst will assist in process evaluation and configuration analysis, identifying user requirements and advising on how the software can best meet those needs. The role requires the Implementation Analyst to support the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and planning to design, configuration, deployment, and client management, ensuring a smooth transition to support. Documentation is also a critical aspect of the position, as the Analyst will create written and video documentation for customers and assist in maintaining product documentation for distribution. The Implementation Analyst will also be responsible for completing internal administrative duties, including updating project software and managing expense reports.
