As an Implementation Administrator, you'll play a key role in onboarding new clients by ensuring a smooth and organized transition from our Sales Team to our Implementation Team. You'll communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation, verify payroll-related information, and prepare everything needed for a successful system setup. This role focuses specifically on onboarding clients into our payroll and HCM system, requiring accurate collection of payroll tax documentation, general ledger structures, prior payroll data, and other key setup information. You'll work closely with Sales Consultants, Implementation Specialists, the Tax Team, and clients to ensure every implementation begins with organized, accurate information and a positive onboarding experience. This role is expected to be in-person at our Dublin office.
