There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
This position requires research, development, and sustaining of process technologies for ion implanters and associated metrology equipment. Candidates must possess a strong foundation in relevant scientific principles to effectively address complex challenges, analyze data to ensure process stability and tool qualification, and troubleshoot electrical issues for CMOS, Bipolar, and BiCMOS processes using data analysis tools like PROMIS, JMP, or Excel. The engineer will be responsible for creating, developing, and qualifying new implant sequences and recipes across various toolsets. Prior experience with Axcelis Ion implanters, including medium current 8200P, high current NV-GSD-180, high energy NV-GSD HE, low energy LED implanter, and Purion operation, is highly preferred. A solid understanding of ion implant theory, photoresist outgassing, and flood gun operation is beneficial for optimal recipe development.
