About The Position
The Implant Direct Sr. Director, Manufacturing Operations-CNC will provide expertise in CNC manufacturing strategy and will lead all aspects of Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS for Implant Direct. Responsible for developing an optimal organization and team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets while being compliant with local and international laws and regulations. As a key member of Implant Direct's leadership team the ideal candidate will have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. They will possess an ultra-high sensitivity to quality and process discipline required in a Class 1 and Class II FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Their organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none, and they enjoy developing innovative solutions that push boundaries. They'll work closely with the leadership team to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success.
