About The Position
The Impact Manager (IM) at City Year leads and develops a team of AmeriCorps members (ACMs) to strengthen schools and support students in improving their performance. Reporting to an Impact Director, the IM plays a critical role in implementing the Whole School Whole Child (WSWC) service model, focusing on talent development and ensuring effective delivery of service in partnership with schools. The IM is responsible for coaching AmeriCorps members, managing performance, and fostering relationships with school partners and the community.
