The Impact & Culture Intern will support key initiatives that enhance organizational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and advance our social impact and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) efforts. This individual will work with the Manager, Impact and Culture to support departmental goals, coordinate internal programming, and contribute to culture, engagement, and impact-related activities. In addition, this person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help advance organization-wide culture and community initiatives.
