About The Position
Prudential Annuities is currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join its expanding IMO distribution sales organization. The ideal candidate is a person who thrives in a vibrant, changing environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mentality, and has a desire to help real people solve real-life problems and achieve their financial goals. As IMO Internal Sales Lead, you will be responsible for increasing revenue by creating and managing relationships with financial professionals, independent insurance agents, and IMO Marketers to help them grow their business while promoting Prudential's Fixed Indexed Annuities solutions. This role will be responsible for cultivating new IMO relationships, product education, advisor, and client profiling, as well as other related sales activities.
