Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy. This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability. World Relief Baltimore seeks an immigration attorney who will provide direct representation to clients of the Immigration Legal Services program who have viable affirmative immigration relief. The immigration staff attorney will offer immigration legal advice and education to immigrant community members. This position will represent clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) (Department of Homeland Security) and in limited scope representation before EOIR (Immigration Court). This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement for one year from hire date.
