Summary/Objective: The Immigration Specialist (IS) will join the Global Mobility team, which is responsible for helping U.S. employers alleviate their chronic labor shortage by sponsoring foreign workers through the EB-3 Unskilled program. The IS will draft Labor Certifications (LCs) for submission with the Department of Labor, communicate with clients on case progress, and manage a high-volume caseload. Duties/Responsibilities: Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships. Help guide clients through the entire immigration process Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor Create audit files Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations Make any necessary revisions to drafted forms after attorney review Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney Manage a high-volume caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure data integrity and may assist in data audit projects Work collaboratively with manager(s), attorney(s), and support staff Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned Performs all other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment Keen attention to detail Proficiency in client communication Track record of providing excellent client service within a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Service oriented with the ability to resolve and troubleshoot issues Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software programs Education and Experience Some College/Associates degree preferred 1 plus year(s) work experience in similar position Prior experience working with Employment Based or similar Immigration programs helpful Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer EEO Statement The company provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
