About The Position
Microsoft Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist (Paralegal) to join our U.S. Immigration Team. The U.S. Immigration Team provides legal and strategic U.S. immigration counsel to HR and Microsoft business groups, drives immigration compliance, and supports the immigration needs of foreign national employees and their families. As a U.S. Immigration Specialist, you will be dedicated to employee engagement, solving complex problems, and helping our businesses achieve their strategic goals by attracting top talent to Microsoft. This opportunity will allow you to apply creative legal thinking to solve case-specific immigration issues while identifying opportunities to develop small and large-scale programs.
