About The Position

The Immigration Legal Services Director at Catholic Charities Dallas is responsible for leading the Immigration Legal Services missions and programs, overseeing personnel administration, program management, fiscal planning, and compliance. Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or master's degree in Law (LLM), Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• Licensed attorney with experience practicing immigration law preferred.
• At least five years of demonstrated or progressive administrative and leadership roles.
• Experience in legal work and/or practicing immigration law required.
• Highly developed skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and team management.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated experience with multicultural populations.
• Computer literacy and experience with MS Office suite and legal database applications.
• Ability to analyze and compile technical and statistical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Immigration Legal Services missions and programs.
• Manage personnel administration, program management, reporting, fiscal planning, and monitoring.
• Conduct staff training and ensure legal client representation.
• Oversee accreditation, compliance, and risk management for all ILS missions and programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community service agencies and organizations.
• Monitor the budget for ILS missions and programs, ensuring compliance with grant policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders.
