This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability. World Relief Chicagoland is seeking an Immigration Legal Services Attorney. The Immigration Legal Services (ILS) department provides low-cost immigration legal counsel and representation to the immigrant community and is looking to expand its legal team. As a licensed attorney this position will be trained in immigration legal matters particularly related to the refugee population in order to provide direct legal counsel and representation to mainly refugees, with the possibility of other immigrant populations as relevant. This position will be based in the Chicago office in Albany Park providing direct legal services, with a possible initial in-person training period in the Carol Stream location, dependent upon experience.
