We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Immigration Coordinator to join our fast-growing legal team. This is an onsite role based in our Palo Alto, California office, supporting our legal team with case preparation and operational tasks. If you’re meticulous, thrive on keeping things running smoothly, and are excited to learn about immigration law from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes to support our legal team in preparing immigration cases. Your day-to-day will focus on administrative and operational tasks that are critical to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our casework. Over time, there’s room to grow into a paralegal role and take on more complex case preparation.

Requirements

• You have strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• You are comfortable working on detail-heavy tasks where accuracy is critical.
• You’re eager to learn about immigration law and grow into a paralegal role over time.
• You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy contributing to operational efficiency and improving team processes.
• You are available to work onsite at our Palo Alto, California office and can reliably handle tasks requiring a physical presence.

Responsibilities

• Printing, assembling, and shipping case materials with exceptional attention to detail.
• Performing data entry and maintaining case files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reviewing case packets for errors or missing information.
• Supporting internal knowledge management and document organization.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks to keep our legal operations running smoothly.
