About The Position

Landerholm Immigration, A.P.C. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney to join their team in Oakland, CA. The firm is committed to fighting for the rights of immigrants facing deportation and aims to provide an unparalleled client experience. The attorney will be responsible for conducting consultations, providing legal advice, and staying updated on immigration laws while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve the firm's goal of winning 10,000 immigration cases by 2035.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• At least 5 years of immigration attorney experience with mastery in various immigration processes including Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, U-visas, Green Cards, Naturalization, DACA, and more.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
• Demonstrated track record of winning immigration cases.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-4 days in the office for in-person consultations.
• A growth mindset and willingness to implement feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients.
• Provide accurate and consistent legal advice.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals for consultations.
• Stay informed on changing immigration laws.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client experience.
• Handle 25-30 consultations per week, approximately 5-6 consultations each day in English and Spanish.
