About The Position

Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Atlanta -based Immigration Attorney for in -person appearances for various immigration proceedings, but mostly Master Calendar Hearings. A weekly Hearing Calendar would be shared for the attorney to select those Hearings that work with their schedule.

Requirements

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in Georgia
• Must be able to attend in -person hearings in Atlanta area
• Understand the local rules and court system
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
• Self -starter and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Immigration law - preferred
