We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Writing Immigration Attorney with a strong background in appellate work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in immigration law, including drafting memorandums, appeals, and motions to reopen. This position focuses on preparing high-quality legal briefs and filings for EOIR and federal circuit courts, including cases that involve FOIA requests. As The Associate Attorney, you will report to the Managing Immigration Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. This is a Hybrid position requiring in-person court appearances
