About The Position
The Urban Justice Center Domestic Violence Project (DVP) is seeking an immigration attorney to provide legal representation and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in immigration matters. The role involves working within a legal-psychosocial framework to assist clients with U and T visas, SIJS, adjustment of status, VAWA Self-Petitions, Battered Spouse Waivers, naturalization, and removal defense. The ideal candidate will be community-oriented and capable of collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
