Requirements

• Ability to stand stationary for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions.

• Familiarity with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Use knives and other hand tools to perform cutting, trimming, hanging, and deboning of poultry.
• Cut, trim, and bone chicken carcasses and parts on a conveyor production line at a speed of up to 40 birds per minute.
• Package chicken parts and whole carcasses for marketing.
• Assist with product cooler storage to ensure meat quality.
