About The Position

Detmar Logistics is seeking experienced Class A Truck Drivers to join their team. The role involves transporting sand and other materials while ensuring safety and timely delivery. Drivers will be part of a supportive team that values accountability and routine, with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to company values.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL for at least 2 years.
• Experience driving tractor-trailers is required.
• Ability to operate in Texas and New Mexico using electronic US Logs.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• No felonies within the last 10 years.
• Must demonstrate a hardworking attitude and readiness to run loads immediately after orientation.
• Must be clean-shaven for respirator tests and pass H2S Clear, PEC, Road Test, and Respirator Certifications.
• Willingness to stay out on hitch for 21 or more days at a time, with days off requested and approved by management.

Responsibilities

• Transport sand and other materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and company values during operations.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status and delivery schedules.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition before departure.
