About The Position

The State Testing Coordinator at Bricolage Academy is responsible for overseeing the administration of state standardized testing for students. This temporary position requires coordination of various assessments, ensuring compliance with testing protocols, and providing training to faculty on test administration and security.

Requirements

• Some college required.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional, supervisory, technical, and administrative tasks to direct the administration of state standardized testing.
• Coordinate the administration of all statewide assessments, including preparation before and follow-up after testing windows such as LEAP 2025, LEAP EOC, and LEAP Connect.
• Organize, manage, and implement all state-mandated standardized testing for Bricolage Academy students.
• Collaborate with the Principals, Chief Operations Officer, and Facilities Coordinator to ensure appropriate space allocations for optimal testing environments.
• Coordinate with the SPED Coordinator regarding special testing provisions for students with IEPs.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and school administration to ensure necessary equipment is ordered, operable, and available.
• Provide faculty with training in proper test administration, ethical and legal testing, test security, and data reporting procedures.
• Facilitate the administration of state-mandated assessments.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all trainings and assessments.
• Coordinate the distribution and collection of secure test materials.
• Lead the administration of tests in accordance with the established test calendar and complete all test documents and/or reports to the LDE by established deadlines.
