About The Position
DREAM, originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, serves over 2,500 youth annually across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12 DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. The organization is committed to rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, family and community engagement, and health and wellness, aiming to create lifelong learners equipped for success. DREAM is expanding its impact with a five-year plan to serve 3,500 students across seven schools. The organization is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Flag Football Assistant Coach for its middle school competitive team. This role is crucial for the continued excellence and growth of DREAM's Athletics programs and reports to the Middle School OST and Athletics Director. The ideal candidate should have experience coaching middle school-aged students and a solid understanding of flag football as both a player and coach.
