About The Position
The position assures that department customer(s) needs are met through the efficient and effective leadership/management of department resources. The role involves maintaining 24-hour responsibility and accountability for operations of the assigned department, supporting the hospital's mission and values, and developing and evaluating department goals and objectives consistent with hospital policies.
