About The Position

The IMM Operator at Purple is a vital role within the production team, responsible for ensuring that IMM equipment operates efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet production demands. The role is focused on maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours

Responsibilities

• Ensure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies
• Follow all production and machine protocols prioritizing safety
• Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each shift
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies
• Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol
• Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift
• Responsible for proper labeling and packaging of finished items
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues
