IMLS Grant Intern: Geology Exhibit Intern
About The Position
The IMLS Grant intern will be working on outreach for our rock and fossil exhibit. Student should have a well-developed understanding of geology and is willing to learn in depth about our collections in order to fulfill duties. Tasks include, but not limited to: Prepare and lead tours of the rock and fossil collections. Develop digital media for educational purposes on touch screens and on the web. Develop hands on activities and games for visitors in the rock and fossil room and for events Assist with promoting the opening of the Rock and Fossil Room.
