About The Position
The position ensures that the office is properly staffed and that all functions are consistently performed in a timely fashion while ensuring quality patient care. The role involves resolving problems, answering questions, and supplying or obtaining information for staff, patients, and IMG/UC administration. It is responsible for personnel management, including both clinical and non-clinical staff, and enforcing clinic policies and procedures. The overall responsibility includes routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services of the assigned practice. The position actively engages staff and providers in daily practice huddles.
