Intealth is seeking a passionate and strategic IMG Experience Program Lead to support the development and growth of a global community of International Medical Graduates (IMGs). This role plays a key part in creating meaningful engagement opportunities through virtual programming, in-person events, and global partnerships. This position blends program management, community building, and event coordination, with a strong focus on fostering inclusive, high-impact experiences for IMGs worldwide.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, Education, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in program management, community engagement, or event planning
Experience facilitating virtual events (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Commitment to inclusion, belonging, and understanding

Nice To Haves

Experience working with international or immigrant communities
Familiarity with IMG pathways or healthcare programs
Experience managing online communities or digital platforms
Ability to travel for conferences and events

Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Strategy Develop and execute strategies to build and sustain an engaged global IMG community
Foster inclusive, supportive spaces that encourage participation and collaboration
Maintain ongoing communication with IMGs, alumni, Fellows, and partners
Event Planning & Execution Plan and host virtual events (webinars, workshops, networking sessions)
Coordinate in-person meetups and represent Intealth at conferences
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including speakers, technology, and follow-ups
Program Management & Operations Track engagement metrics and program outcomes; provide insights for leadership
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics
Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with organizational goals
Communications & Content Develop content for newsletters, promotions, and community updates
Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and engagement channels
Advisory Council Coordination Manage IMG Experience Advisory Council operations, meetings, and communications
Track action items, maintain documentation, and support governance processes
