Our radiologists & imaging specialists are board certified by the American Board of Radiology in their respective subspecialties. Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with brand new imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment. Summary of Essential Duties As a Transportation Services Coordinator, you will work in conjunction with department leadership and collaborate between units served by the department on areas of patient flow. Collaborate with in-scope department teams to assess their present and anticipated workloads. When applicable, will work with leadership, to measurably improve patient through-put in areas of scope. Provide guidance and direction on Transportation workflows and Transporters on their assigned shift, is qualified to expertly perform all Transportation workflows and provides hands-on technical training and support for all Transportation staff. Perform at an advanced level, making complex judgments, assuming responsibility and accountability for patient through-put, work flows and staff efficiency. The schedule for this part-time position will be Monday - Friday 8:15am - 12:15pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting required

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute hospital patient transport role preferred
