About The Position
Come join the #1 hospital in North Carolina. The Imaging Tech Assistant performs a wide variety of tasks including clerical, technical, and patient-focused care related to helping departmental technologists. Responsibilities include working with the departmental technologists to prepare imaging equipment, pre-procedure set-up, assisting with patient transport, transferring patients to the exam table, and getting rooms ready for future imaging exams. The Imaging Tech Assistant will be trained to operate a variety of equipment, patient movement devices, and computers. This position reports to the Imaging Services Supervisor.
