In this role, the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of Interventional Radiology / CT procedures. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include to assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards. This position will cover IR / CT services. This is a full-time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology
- N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
Nice To Haves
- N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification
- ARRT Advanced Modality certification
Responsibilities
