The Technical Assistant provides assistance to technologists, physicians and other staff members with peripheral activities associated with Mammography procedures. Typical duties include greeting patients and getting them ready for their exam, running errands appropriate to getting the exam done, patient accompaniment, process paper work, computer entries, room stocking and cleanliness. This position will also provide back-up services in the film library and as a PSR in and out patient reception as needs dictate.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 1 year of experience working in a direct patient care related field
• Experience with CPR preferred
• Must be computer literate
