About The Position

Step into a leadership role where innovation meets impact. As the Imaging Supervisor with a specialized focus on MRI, you’ll drive excellence in patient care, team performance, and imaging operations. You’ll be at the forefront of advancing MRI services—optimizing workflows, mentoring technologists, and ensuring top-tier diagnostic quality. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with the department manager to oversee a multi-modality imaging environment including Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, PET, and PACS. Your leadership will shape the MRI experience for patients and providers alike, ensuring safety, efficiency, and clinical precision. You’ll supervise a skilled team of technologists, coordinate PACS operations, and serve as a key liaison between imaging staff, physicians, and support teams. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll lead performance monitoring, staff training, and competency development—all while fostering a culture of growth, integrity, and excellence. Note: Less than 50% of time is spent performing the duties of supervised staff. Requirements

  • HS Diploma: High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist OR ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists OR NMT-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR ARDMS-American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OR CT-Computed Tomography OR RHM-Radiology Mammography OR ARMRIT-Certified MRI Technologist OR RCS-Registered Cardiac Sonographer
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Radiology Care.
  • Knowledge of quality personnel management, communication skills and customer service.
  • Monitors departmental operations to assure compliance with governmental regulations and meet standards established by accrediting agencies.
  • Basic computer/data entry/statistical evaluation skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills are desired.
  • Act as a resource for staff technologist.
