Who you are: As an Imaging Specialist with Frost, you are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of imaging and ensuring accuracy of all files. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to efficiently prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported to ensuring high quality control. Serving as a mentor is your passion and you enjoy having the responsibility of training less tenured staff members.

Requirements

• Loan documentation experience
• Time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-Oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

• SHAW Loan System experience
• Working knowledge of back office loan imaging systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported by achieving quality control
• Index documents after they have been scanned
• Researches and corrects any errors found during the scanning or prepping phases
• Communicate with other specialists to ensure the exactness and integrity of images
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
