About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and high-quality scanning of physical records, ensuring digital conversion accuracy while meeting strict production targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a production-oriented environment, administrative role, or document management field.
- Strong knowledge of PC operations and familiarity with computer-related products to navigate imaging software and internal tracking systems.
- Proven ability in maintaining accuracy at a sustained pace, with the physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and the focus to meet consistent production rates.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume document digitization by sorting and preparing hardcopy records and scanning them into electronic images, ensuring every output meets premium quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Imaging Center team and supervisors to follow production procedures, accurately track internal documentation, and achieve collective conversion objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards by adhering to Imaging Center guidelines, maintaining a clean and secure work environment, and following all safety policies.
