Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
  • Minimum business expertise is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center procedures, follow production procedures, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management.
  • Maintain record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.
