Sodexo is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I for Froedtert Hospital located in Milwaukee, WI. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required. Requirements

1 year of imaging experience (preferably X-ray portables-, GE C-Arms, GE, Ultrasound) not all are required.
2 + years of experience in an an acute care hospital or healthcare setting required.
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices and the ability to complete preventative & corrective maintenance on medical devices.
Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
Minimum Education Requirement - Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronics, biomedical engineering, or other technical discipline contributing to proficiency of maintenance and repair of imaging equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience within a healthcare setting with direct responsibility for the maintenance and repair of clinical devices and/or 1 year of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure all medical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner.
Repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices; in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices.
Collaborate with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records within the department's tracking systems.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide emergency technical support when needed.
