About The Position
This is a part-time casual role at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in the Nuclear Medicine department. The position involves covering hours based on department needs, which may include weekends and holidays. The primary responsibilities include transporting patients between departments, assisting patients in preparation for exams, and providing basic instructions regarding routine procedures. The role also involves organizing and preparing exam rooms, greeting patients, answering phone calls, and acting as a liaison between various medical professionals. The incumbent must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served, and must be able to assess and interpret patient data.
