About The Position

AdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is seeking a reliable, motivated Imaging Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train. Dry film photoresist is the key component used in the image transfer process. It is widely used in precision etching and electroplating products such as Printed Circuit Boards. The Imaging Technician will perform all aspects of this process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of PCB manufacturing experience or similar manufacturing related industry
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to stand 8-12 hours throughout the shift.
Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining.
Prolonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.
Fine Motor Skills
Ability to use microscopes for long periods of time performing job duties.

Responsibilities

Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality
Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace
