About The Position
A beautiful, brand-new hospital in southeastern Alaska is seeking a full-time, permanent Imaging Manager to join their growing team! Join an exceptional team dedicated to providing high quality patient care! Pay: $94,000.00 - $132,000.00 annually $35,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance provided! Housing available! Imaging Manager Opportunity: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Schedule: Mon – Fri, day shift The Imaging Manager will serve as a key member of the radiology team, leading a team of around 25 professionals while overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality imaging services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergent settings.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited School of Radiology
- Current, valid ARRT Certification
- A minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience within a radiology role
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a radiologic technologist
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Manages radiology equipment compliance, including maintenance, inspections, radiation safety monitoring, and quality assurance activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborates with clinic leadership and finance to maintain policies, optimize workflows, and support accurate documentation, PACS training, and revenue capture.
- Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of radiologic services, enhancing patient care and workflow efficiency.
