The Rad-IS Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving Rad-IS Informatics infrastructure at a highly technical level. This position will require excellent knowledge of both hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting. It is imperative that this individual have a good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, and Rad-IS Informatics clinical applications. This position will also be responsible for technical projects as assigned. Depending on the level of assigned responsibility for various systems, must provide first, second and third level support for all technical issues related to Rad-IS Informatics workstations as an escalation point in the identification and correction of moderately complex to complex computing systems and applications problems, including interaction with other support staff or outside vendors.
