About The Position

The main purpose of this job is to index and coordinate scanning of Trust documents and review documents to determine proper indexing of client files into the electronic file room and maintain existing paper filings.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of the trust industry
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ year administrative experience required

Responsibilities

Index and perform quality review of received documents for placement to electronic client file
Scan hard documents received for placement to electronic client file
Maintain existing paper client files
Process incoming requests to resource mailbox
Perform other duties as assigned
