The Clerk is responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, scanning and other similar duties, such as using a computer terminal and word processing software. May answer and forward phone calls and sort and distribute mail. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. The position relies on established guidelines to accomplish tasks and works under close supervision.
