Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in customer service and/or Patient Access

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the scheduling of patient visits to include ancillary appointments or booking OR procedures or imaging exams.
• Ensure pre-visit information is accurate to support visit authorization.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance requirements to facilitate/communicate precertification requirements of our contracted payers.
• Provide exemplary customer service to those served.
