About The Position

The Imaging Assistant is responsible for assisting the provider with back-office duties in the outpatient management of patients and completing or assisting with front office duties. The incumbent works under the direction of a physician and other clinical staff, and front office staff serving as a patient advocate in the clinic setting working.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical terminology preferred
• Completion of an accredited program for Medical Assistants preferred
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
