About The Position

In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy. Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves. Scope of work Under direct supervision the Advanced Imaging Assistant supports and assists the Technologist as needed following the established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment. Responsible for performing a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Follows Corewell Health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• 2 years’ patient care experience.

Nice To Haves

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
