About The Position

The Imaging Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the MRI department's
technical staff and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This position involves
assisting patients in dressing rooms, aiding technical staff with specialized
studies, answering telephones, and helping with patient scheduling. The Imaging
Assistant will also escort patients to various areas within the hospital and
clinics, manage patient documents, and handle or transport medications,
including contrast. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the
role requires direct interaction with patients and staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare experience preferred
